Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GameStop. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Suggestive selling and upselling to increase sales
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work setting: Electronics specialty shop
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods
  • Personal suitability: Adaptability, goal-oriented, positive attitude, time management, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication
