Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Position in the Winnipeg Airport to join our team at Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing First Class Service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
