Join Our Team as a Gas Station Attendant

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service at our Gas Bars. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Gas Station Attendants in our Lacombe North location.

Position Type: Casual employment with less than 24 hours per week.

Availability: Must be available on weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service at the fuel pumps.
  • Dispense fuel and propane safely and efficiently.
  • Perform windshield cleaning, oil checks, and fluid level assessments.
  • Process payments for fuel and merchandise accurately.
  • Receive, unpack, and display merchandise for sale.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Clean the carwash at applicable locations.
  • Support and promote marketing initiatives.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years (required for dispensing fuel and propane).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required (up to 50 lbs).
  • Experience in fuel dispensing is a plus; training will be provided.
