Job Title: Electrical Quotations Specialist

Job Summary:

Eaton's Electrical division is seeking a skilled Electrical Quotations Specialist to direct sales quotation activities and achieve performance goals. This role provides coaching, direction, and training for inside sales professionals to manage and develop their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish an efficient quotation system regrouping all Eaton inside/outside sales and channel partners.
- Plan, direct, and manage inside sales resources to ensure adequate coverage to satisfy customer requirements.
- Create strategic plans to implement quotation initiatives and major project assistance.
- Analyze, support, and continuously improve the territory's channels to market.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop organizational capabilities of inside sales personnel.

Requirements:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical industry quotation sales experience.
- Bilingual French and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

- P.Eng. designation.
- 10+ years of electrical industry quotation sales experience.
- Certificate or degree in management.

Skills:

- Ability to perform design & build quotations.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Technical proficiency in deploying strategies to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Analytical aptitude, ability to think and apply proven critical thinking skills.
- Customer orientation, ability to understand, communicate, and meet customer needs.
