About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members' financial needs and goals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on banking and investment products and services
  • Identify and pursue sales and referral opportunities to grow our member base
  • Work closely with other teams in the branch network to provide a seamless and integrated experience for our members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our members receive the best possible advice and guidance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking or credit union environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior role
  • Strong understanding of credit and investment products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
