About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insulation Supervisor to join our team at West Peak Insulation Ltd. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of insulation installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor the quality of insulation materials and installations to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in insulation installation and project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Work Environment

As an Insulation Supervisor at West Peak Insulation Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various projects. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.

Language and Work Schedule

The language of work is English, and the work schedule is 35 to 45 hours per week.
