About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Muffle Insulation Ltd. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of insulation installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that insulation materials are installed to the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects to ensure accurate budgeting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in insulation installation and project management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
