Client Relations Branch Associate

This role involves managing and processing orders, alongside the safe transportation, loading, and delivery of products. The selected candidate will also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and operating various equipment as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with the established schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Efficiently load and unload products during deliveries.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning delivery schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Provide assistance to customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver products to customers safely and punctually.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized and well-maintained.
- Follow inventory control procedures and assist with the bi-annual inventory review.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers).
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
