About the Role:
SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Peterborough County, Northumberland County, and Victoria County. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing services that address their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
- Work collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Provide services to clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
- Utilize a client-centered approach to address clients' needs
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
- Sound knowledge of community resources
