About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology
