Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address clients' needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide high-quality care to clients.
