As a Shop Foreman at Enns Brothers, you will be responsible for directing daily shop functions to maximize throughput while emphasizing work quality and employee safety. This includes assigning work to match technician capability with complexity of the work order, understanding all Service Department policies and procedures for proper and consistent Dealership operations, and actively supporting health and safety regulations and internal company safety policies.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maximize shop throughput while maintaining work quality and employee safety
  • Assign work effectively to match technician capability with work order complexity
  • Ensure compliance with Service Department policies and procedures
  • Support health and safety regulations and internal company safety policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with technical manuals and research
  • Well-developed problem-solving, analysis, and option-generating skills
  • Process management skills
  • Highly organized, excellent time management, and follow-up skills
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills

Education and Experience

Requirements include:

  • High school completion or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years in a busy Service Department
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Ag background
  • Journeyman technician certification is an asset
  • Driver's license and clear abstract
