Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Norm's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer engagement.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
