Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our construction sites. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication channels between site personnel, management, and external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to track progress and performance.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
