We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our Advanced Technology team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to integrate new technologies and improve our design and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved technology
  • Conduct detailed engineering assessments of new technology concepts
  • Lead the design and execution of structured experimental plans to drive data-based decisions
  • Design and introduce manufacturing processes to increase capabilities and efficiencies
  • Provide clear communication to stakeholders at key technical updates
  • Provide work direction and mentorship to technicians/entry-level engineers
  • Adhere to all requirements of the Quality Management System
  • Demonstrate company values, working with integrity, and being a supportive corporate member
  • Comply with the Health & Safety policies of the company and inform Management of unsafe working conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques
  • Strong root cause analysis skills
  • Solid experimental design and statistical analysis knowledge
