About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Workday practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client issues and develop innovative solutions using the latest technology.
  • Build long-term relationships with client teams and executives through engagement delivery and networking.
  • Take ownership of Workday Integration deliverables and support Integration lead and project manager in Integration end-to-end process.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop solutions.
  • Participate in Workday implementation activities, including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Workday implementation tools to execute day-to-day Integration activities.
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our methodologies and intellectual capital.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Passion for consulting and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Workday integration and configuration is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders and lead teams.
  • Knowledge of Workday or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual French/English spoken and written is an asset.
