Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
