Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Comfort Inn & Suites, Terrace as a Food Service Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Physically demanding.
