The Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Technician to join our Ottawa team. You will receive training on the tools and equipment necessary for your role. Your responsibilities will include working directly with clients to identify issues with their equipment and providing effective troubleshooting solutions. Flexibility to travel to various locations, including private residences and community facilities, is required.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and Repairing: You will quickly learn to repair mobility devices and navigate our software systems. Your role will involve assessing and troubleshooting equipment functionality.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Prioritizing a respectful and empathetic client experience is crucial. You will ensure that client needs are met effectively.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: You will work 8-hour shifts and travel to various client locations, adapting your schedule to meet their needs.

What We Seek:

  • Technical Expertise: Previous experience in customer service and equipment repair is required. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and power equipment is beneficial.
  • Empathy: You should be able to handle situations with professionalism and compassion, prioritizing client comfort and urgency.
  • Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. You must also pass a criminal background check and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
