Job Summary:
Tandem Trans Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development through lead generation, market research, and sales strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including market research, industry events, and online platforms.
- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct research to build and maintain a list of prospective clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
- Lead Qualification and Tracking: Qualify leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead nurturing and follow-up.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Support the sales team with lead nurturing and follow-up activities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive lead acquisition and conversion, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong interest in Sales and Marketing with a focus on lead generation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude towards lead generation tasks.
