Role Overview

As a Midea Brand Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Midea's innovative products within retail environments. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with store staff and customers, fostering excitement and knowledge about Midea's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various retail locations within designated territories during peak hours to represent Midea.
  • Educate and inform store personnel and customers about Midea's cutting-edge products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and culture-driven team.
  • Receive hourly compensation along with a quarterly performance bonus and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • A charismatic personality with a strong drive for success; sales or marketing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in the field, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Ideal for those who prefer an active role outside of a traditional office setting.
