Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and concerns, and provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Apple products and services, and stay up-to-date on the latest news and initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Provide outstanding customer service, actively listening to customers and exploring endless possibilities to meet their needs.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain an outstanding brand presentation based on Apple's merchandising standards, and strive for excellence in everything you do.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of two years of sales experience in the retail electronics industry, with a confirmed sales track record.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, approximately 25 hours per week.
