System Implementation Leader

Lead System Integration Projects Across BRP's Manufacturing Network
As a key member of the Global Manufacturing Systems, Technology, and Quality team, you will spearhead system implementation projects across BRP's diverse manufacturing sites. Collaborating closely with Powersport, Marine, and Megatech divisions, your role will be instrumental in deploying innovative systems and solutions to optimize production processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Guide cross-functional project teams responsible for implementing systems across BRP's production facilities, encompassing six distinct product lines.
- Develop operational models and drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Effectively manage project resources and champion continuous process improvement strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, providing comprehensive support throughout each phase, from initiation to successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with change management teams to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruption during system deployments.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project updates, uphold governance protocols, and diligently manage project budgets.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.
- Provide ongoing support for system operations and effectively resolve any technical challenges that may arise.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is essential.
- Extensive experience in project management, utilizing diverse delivery methodologies, is required.
- Familiarity with ERP, TMS, EWM, and MES platforms is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of problem-solving are crucial.
- A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
