Lead System Deployment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the deployment of systems and solutions across our global manufacturing sites. As a key member of our Global Manufacturing Systems, Technology and Quality strategy group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects teams to deploy new systems and solutions in all BRP manufacturing sites (Canada, United States, Mexico, and Finland) for 6 product lines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through workshops and Lean methodology and cost reduction within the logistics and supply chain functions.
- Structure projects and develop master plans in collaboration with project management.
- Assure project implementation per timeline by supporting all project phases (business case, project approval, build, tests, implementation, execution, and hypercare).
- Collaborate with the change management department to ensure a smooth transition of processes.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery, supply chain operations, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other discipline applicable to the position (management, IT, etc.).
- Solid experience in project management using various project delivery methods (waterfall, agile, etc.).
- Mastery of the following IT platforms is an asset: ERP (SAP S/4 Hana); TMS (SAP Transportation Management); EWM (Enterprise Warehouse Management).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in relevant fields while having a good knowledge of business processes.
