Job Title: Senior Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Manager to lead our product research and development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term technical product and technology roadmaps to drive company growth.
  • Oversee product briefing processes and ensure intentional development consistency with specifications from development through production.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify vendors for new product launches and ensure products meet specifications and expectations.
  • Oversee clinical and consumer perception claims testing to support new product launches and current products in the portfolio.
  • Ensure all products are developed to comply with regulations in markets we distribute to, and are registered with the necessary regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in product development, ideally in the Health, Beauty, or Personal Care Industries.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Chemistry, personal care science, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of skin care formulations, claims standards, and quality testing methodologies.
  • Project Management experience, including demonstrated ability to prioritize, scope, and oversee projects from beginning to end.
