The Role:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant & Service Technician to join our sales and service team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their mobility needs and provide recommendations for the best solutions.
- Sales and Service: Sell and deliver mobility devices, including wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters, and provide after-sales service and support.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Some experience in a customer-facing sales and service position, ideally in the mobility and accessibility industry.
- Construction Skills: Comfortable using a range of tools and equipment, with experience assembling, building, or repairing.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
- Empathy and Respect: Ability to engage clients in a meaningful way, ensuring their individualized needs are met at every appointment.
- Flexibility: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the region in a company vehicle.
