Position Overview

The Vice President of Human Resources at Kansha Mod. Inc. plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's workforce strategy and ensuring the effective management of human capital.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and oversee the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Manage various events and initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and reviews.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; oversee overall human resources planning.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Security Requirements
  • Must undergo a criminal record check.
Transportation and Travel
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is required.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
