Position Overview

As a Senior Biostatistics Consultant - Health Economics and Market Access, you will be an integral part of our Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) department. This dynamic team consists of skilled professionals from multiple countries, working collaboratively to provide insights and statistical analysis that drive decision-making in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytical projects, including Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC) and Network Meta-Analyses (NMA).
  • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective methodological approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced.
  • Facilitate client meetings and act as the primary liaison for project-related communications.
  • Coordinate internal team efforts to achieve project milestones.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, showcasing our expertise.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation for projects under your purview.
  • Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables, imparting knowledge to project teams.

Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for project expansions and strengthening client relationships.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and strategic initiatives within your area of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics (minimum MS or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in statistical analysis and biostatistics.
  • Proficient in statistical methodologies applicable to clinical trial data and NMA.
  • Strong programming skills in R or SAS.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in leading project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.

Language Proficiency: English (C1-C2 level).
