Position Overview

As a Senior Biostatistics Consultant - Health Economics and Market Access, you will be an integral part of our specialized team focusing on Health Economics and Market Access. Our department comprises a group of skilled professionals from multiple countries, collaborating to provide exceptional insights and analyses in the fields of Health Economics and Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary analyst on various projects, including Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC) and Network Meta-Analyses (NMA).
  • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Determine the most effective methodological approaches to fulfill client needs.
  • Oversee the execution of solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables with the support of statistical analysts.
  • Facilitate client meetings and act as the main liaison for project communications.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate team efforts to achieve project goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to proposal development.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, enhancing their skills and professional growth.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation for projects within your portfolio.
  • Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables, sharing best practices with project teams.

Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for project extensions and fostering relationships with existing clients.
  • Contribute to the creation of proposals that highlight our expertise in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics (minimum MS degree or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the field of Statistics.
  • Proven expertise in Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC).

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies for clinical trial data analysis and NMA.
  • Strong proficiency in R or SAS programming.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Language Proficiency: English C1-C2 (to be assessed during initial discussions).
