The Business Performance team at Maximus Canada spearheads initiatives centered on analytics, learning and development, quality assurance, and strategic business planning. We serve as a reflective entity for the organization, facilitating informed decision-making and ongoing enhancement.
Position Overview:
The Knowledge Base Content Specialist at Maximus Canada is responsible for the creation and upkeep of content within the Service BC Knowledge Base. Reporting directly to the Knowledge Base Lead, this position is vital in addressing the operational requirements of Maximus Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee Knowledge Content
- Assess and enhance Knowledge Documents
- Administer daily Knowledge Base activities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of Knowledge Management principles
- Proficiency in Client Engagement strategies
- Strong Communication skills
- Project Management capabilities
Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital library or Knowledge Base administration
- Degree or certification in Information Management or a related discipline
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete a Criminal Record Check
