About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Operations and Procurement team as a Summer Student. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Technical Operations team with colleague inquiries, project coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of project trackers, meeting minutes, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage project startup/close-out documents, vendor setups, and warranties.
  • Respond to internal inquiries on project documentation and status.
  • File management and tracking of assessment reports and warranties.
  • Support the execution of the Technical Operations team's capital projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate of Degree/Diploma in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or operations management.
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service and ability to nurture positive relationships.
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter.
