RJM Tax & Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for individuals, departments, or companies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control, and recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
- Financial Planning: Develop financial plans for clients, including cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial documents and reports, and examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent client service and support.
