We are a leading provider of Aerial Work Platform (AWP) equipment, committed to safety, innovation, and excellence. Our team is seeking a skilled HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources:
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
    • Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
    • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately and on time.
  • General Office Support:
    • Assist in office coordination, including contract maintenance and project management.
    • Interpret administrative policies and procedures for employees.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
