We are a leading provider of Aerial Work Platform (AWP) equipment, committed to safety, innovation, and excellence. Our team is seeking a skilled HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our operations.
Responsibilities:- Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately and on time.
- General Office Support:
- Assist in office coordination, including contract maintenance and project management.
- Interpret administrative policies and procedures for employees.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
