Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Nova Atlantic. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on the effective use of our systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems and applications to provide expert-level support.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent support.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
