We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Qualifications: Must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef to ensure timely preparation.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure proper delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-10 individuals.
