We are a dynamic and fast-paced coffee shop and restaurant looking for a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory and records accurately
