Position: Consumer Relations Coordinator Reports to: Marketing Brand Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Consumer Relations Coordinator to enhance our Marketing department. This role will act as the main point of contact for consumer quality inquiries, managing customer questions, overseeing information emails, and more for all our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all consumer inquiries and requests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service across diverse customer interactions
  • Remain knowledgeable about product specifics and effectively address consumer concerns with internal teams
  • Make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and represent our brands with integrity

  • Proficient in MS Office, customer service practices, organization, and time management
  • Experience in a similar capacity and familiarity with CRM tools such as IssueTrak and Zendesk

Core Duties

  • Manage customer calls and emails across various brands and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer service
  • Address inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Oversee info@ emails for all brands
  • Document consumer interactions in IssueTrak
  • Provide constructive feedback and edits to the Marketing team
  • Compile and distribute weekly summary reports
  • Maintain product knowledge and serve as a backup for other roles as needed
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
