Job Title: General Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Site Supervision: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of construction sites, including the supervision of workers, equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
