Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of workers.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, including measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
