We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd.
Job Summary:The General Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites.
