We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at HANAHREUM MART INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes to enhance our product offerings.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a baking or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent baking skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
