Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at HANAHREUM MART INC.

Job Summary:

The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing the baking operations, ensuring high-quality products, and leading a team of bakers. If you have a passion for baking and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes to enhance our product offerings.
  • Bakery Management: Supervise and train bakers to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect baked goods to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, motivate staff, and provide guidance on tasks and projects.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent baking skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
Work Environment:

The Head Baker will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
