AutoCanada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
  • Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our vehicles and services.
  • Licensing Duties: Handle the processing and verification of vehicle registration and licensing paperwork, ensuring compliance.
  • Organizational Guru: Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the sales and service teams to facilitate seamless operations and customer experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Utilize our CRM system to manage appointments, customer data, and communications. Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry as needed.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, outgoing candidate with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of cars and the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
