- System Maintenance: Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaborate with skilled tradespersons for significant repairs.
- Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the property.
- Appliance Repairs: Execute minor repairs on hotel appliances to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Safety Checks: Perform regular safety and security inspections to uphold a safe environment.
- Property Showings: Present apartments and office spaces to potential tenants.
- Supervision: Oversee the work of other maintenance staff as needed.
- Heavy Lifting: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Routine Maintenance: Carry out other general maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repairs.
- Independent Work: Operate effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
- Capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks.
