Construction Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee our paving projects at VALLEX DEEP CONSTRUCTION LTD. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment.

  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment: Dusty, noisy, and outdoors
  • Relocation: Costs covered by the employer
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage activities related to blasting, demolition, drilling, equipment operation, grading, and paving
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs
  • Prepare production and various reports
  • Recruit and hire skilled workers
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide training for workers and arrange necessary training sessions
  • Supervise project execution and workforce
Qualifications
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate required
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
