Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in various aspects of construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, such as cranes or forklifts.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
