Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Construction Helper to join our team at Ballagan Construction & Framing Ltd. As a Construction Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our construction crew with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by performing tasks such as loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate construction equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and concrete mixers.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Ability to operate construction equipment and machinery.
Working Conditions

The Construction Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The position requires physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
