About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit budgets and cost estimates to inform business decisions.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • 40 hours per week.
    • Permanent position.
    • Work language: English.
