Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring: Track the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Clerical Duties: Execute routine administrative tasks to support logistics operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics performance and inventory status.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
  • Payroll Accuracy: Verify the correctness of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive logs and records of all logistics activities.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure that warehouse and work areas are organized and efficient.
  • Traffic Coordination: Manage the flow of supplies to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
  • Project Management: Oversee specific logistics projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Shipment Tracking: Keep accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understand and apply cross-border dispatching regulations and highway trucking rules.
  • Scheduling: Establish effective work schedules and procedures for logistics staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a related field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
