Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at House of India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
